Weekend Plans
To say that I can't stick with the same hair color or style is a vast understatement. With summer and a wedding coming on quick, I've transitioned my hair color to blonde and am working on growing it back out.
Since I've never had long blonde hair, I'm excited for the change. Though anyone who has ever tried to grow their hair out knows the pain I'm going through!
My mom and Joey are going to be in town this weekend for a little wedding-planning action. I can't wait to stay put and lounge around in yoga pants for the next 48 straight hours. It helps me feel more decisive that way.
Have a happy weekend, all!
Madison

Love that you can pull off such a range of colors! Have a great weekend:-)
Wow! They all look great! I tried to grow mine out too...thankfully it got to where I wanted it!
Good luck with growing out the hair....I've done it a few times and always end up short again. You are just plain adorable now matter the length or color of your hair!
Your hair looks great no matter the color or length...I have to ask - what shampoo/conditioner do you use. I have fine hair, your volume makes me envious!
Yes, growing hair out can be a pain but totally worth it. I was short for years, then I decided to grow it out on a dare (yes, I had a friend dare me to go a year without a cut, only trims) I loved it. Then the unthinkable happened. I won a gift certificate at work for a local shop, went in for a trim, by the time I went to my stylist to have it straightened I went from mid back to tops of shoulders :( Lesson learned - stick wtih stylist!!
Miss Madison, can you please share your wisdom and creating that amazing bun in the bottom right-hand corner? I'm a lover of big buns, but haven't ever been able to pull one off quite like yours. Help please!
Your hair looks great in all the photos. I can't help but notice, however, that you wear the same green jacket everyday at the office - over a long period of time. Ha - ha just kidding. I keep a sweater at the office for when it gets cold. Be sure to take your vitamins it will help the hair grow faster. Hope you had a good weekend.
Alexis -
First off, I love your name! It's always been at the top of my hypothetical baby name list. :)
Secondly, as for the bun, since I don't have super thick hair and it wasn't all that long at the time, I found what works for me is:
*pull hair in to a high ponytail and secure with an elastic
*Slightly back-comb your ponytail so it looks a bit ratty and big
*Twist in a counter-clockwise direction and secure with bobby pins.
Hope that helps! :)
